Ugh - he wakes any time from 5-6. Usually I can get another 20 mins in the cot or so out of him by turning on his mobile, but he doesn't go back to sleep<br /> What time does he/she go down for (a) nap(s)? He takes 2 naps around 9am and 1pm. He's been on 2 naps since about 6mo.<br /> How long does it take him/her to fall asleep? Usually about 5 mins, sometimes he is asleep by the time I switch on the monitor! Anything more than 5 mins and he's likely to need me to go back in and rub his back.<br /> How long does he/she nap for? 1 hour or so in the morning, 2-2.5 hours in the afternoon<br /> What time does he/she go to bed? At daycare it's kind of hit or miss. But at home it looks like this:</p> <p>What time does he/she/you get up ? 7-7:30<br /> What time does he/she go down for (a) nap(s)? Nap 1 is 2 hours after wakeup, so 9-9:30, nap 2 is ~3 hours after he wakes up<br /> How long does it take him/her to fall asleep? 10 minutes maybe?<br /> How long does he/she nap for? 1-2 hours<br /> What time does he/she go to bed? On occasion, he will wake at 545, nurse, and go back to sleep for 2 hrs.<br /> What time does he/she go down for (a) nap(s)? Around 1, but ideally it would be earlier. We just always tend to be busy!<br /> How long does it take him/her to fall asleep? 5 mins?<br /> How long does he/she nap for? 2-3 hrs usually. He gets up anytime between 6 and 8am. No real consistency in wakeup time yet, which affects naps!</p> <p>What time does he/she go down for (a) nap(s)? Ideally 2 hours after waking. So anywhere from 8 to 10am.</p> <p>How long does it take him/her to fall asleep? If I've read his tired cues right, less than 5 minutes. If not, sometimes up to 15 minutes of rolling around and making his "sleep sound" - a low roar that lets me know he's putting himself to sleep. </p> <p>How long does he/she nap for? Average 1.5hrs - sometimes 45 mins sometimes 2.5hrs. </p> <p>What time does he/she go to bed? Used to be (and sometimes still!) maybe 5 minutes after she is done with her bottle. Lately she's started screaming and fighting going to sleep sometimes.. then it can take up to an hour.
