<description>&#60;p&#62;I woke up around 6 a.m. this morning, naturally.  Early for me, but I still have jet lag/messed-up sleep issues.  Had a nightmare, woke up crying.  Couldn't sleep well after that, then just waited till K woke up for a feeding.  Couldn't go back to sleep after that either.

&#60;p&#62;The last time I let my body wake me was probably when I was sick and Hubs had taken Xander to daycare.  BUT that was after already having to get up and nurse Xander AND pump and then go back to bed, so I'm not sure that counts.
