It's great to know. I ended up lying down for a good 15min before I couldn't hold it anymore lol. I am about 5 days away from ovulation so don't think last nights peeing would matter I think it'll be unlikely to get pregnant yet. Starting tomorrow will try hold it in until I ovulate but If I gotta go I'll go. The few months we ttc the third time and did not concieve right away (the first two pregnancies I got pregnant the first month), I would continue to lay down for 15-20 min and it didn't work. When we were TTC, I did not. I ended up pregnant with BV and the only thing I could do about it was drink lots of water to try to flush it out of my system (doc doesn't treat BV during first trimester). I should have peed! I try so hard to hold it in but can't. Maybe bc I've trained myself for so long to pee after sex to avoid uti. But now that I'm ttc does it make it less effective to fall pregnant? Sorry if it sounds like a dumb qst, am curious, my oh thinks I should try hold on and avoid drinking too much water during fertile window so I don't feel the urge to pee.<br /> What are your thoughts. Does it matter? </p>
