I also hate the "you're so lucky" comments. I also lost the weight very quickly, but it was b/c I was extremely unhealthy after DD was born. I basically stopped eating b/c I was so anxious and depressed during those early weeks. I had no appetite, and even when I did I couldn't find the time to eat b/c the baby always "needed" me. Others say it burns so many calories that it helps you lose the weight.</p> <p>So I'm not sure!!! I'd like to see a study done between formula feeding moms and their weight loss and EBF moms and their weight loss :)</p> <p>I EBF and still had to work super hard to lose the weight. I lost all my baby weight within 6 months and honestly it was luck. I didn't watch what I eat or workout. I attribute most of it in the beginning when I was Breastfeeding and pumping like crazy and working. I go on walks with LO maybe twice a week but that's it. Even though I have lost all the weight I'm still unhappy with my body, it's saggy and and bulgey in areas.
