Microwave until it is all melty. Cook up hamburger meat on the stove. Add hamburger meat and salsa and mix. It can be refrigerated until almost time to use. It's two blocks of cream cheese, one packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, two cups of shredded cheddar, and about 1/3 cup of beer (any flavor). First, mix the cream cheese and Ranch seasoning. Then add a little bit of beer (1 TB) and half the bag of shredded cheddar. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and then add a bit more (another TB). Do this so the dip is creamy but not watery.
