I didn't take it, though, as I refuse to take antibiotics for viruses, even though doctors keep prescribing them. But he did prescribe it, so I'm guessing it would be fine. My cold did go away eventually. Her general doc just prescribed a Z-pak for her. She's hesitant to take it but desperate to be well again. Has anyone else taken a Z-pak while pregnant? </p>
