This one is my favorite! Lots of veggies, and you can make it spicier by the spiciness of the enchilada sauce you buy. And it's a crockpot soup which I also love!! Instead of shredding the chicken myself, I just buy 2 cans of shredded chicken!

I'm actually making this Taco Soup tomorrow (would've been today, but I forgot to pull out the crockpot, which makes me sad, because I've been thinking about it for days!). It's not one of the ones you mentioned, but it's comfort food for me—I'm from NM (an hour from Santa Fe, actually), haha, so I like things zesty :)

I am OBSESSED with this recipe:

http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/01/chicken-tortilla-soup/

Instead of doing my own chicken though I just buy a premade rotisserie chicken and shred it- so easy. I make it seriously all the time in the fall/winter. SO GOOD. do not forget the avocado on top- def makes the soup!

Not a lot of foods sound good to me these days as I'm in the first trimester of pregnancy but I seriously loving some soup. I am so in love with Progresso ' s Zesty Southwestern veggie soup & Santa Fe Chicken soup. In an effort to try & keep out as many processed chemicals as I can, I'd like to make my own version. I'm sure I could figure out the ingredients myself but I want to get the spice & flavor just right. Any good recipes?
