There were several long lines where you could do whatever position you liked, but the 90 feet vertical drops were the best!! I've gone a couple more times after that and no issues. We went on our honeymoon there. I'm seriously afraid of heights, but my tour group convinced me to do it since I was the only one who didn't want to go. BUT we noticed half way through the series of lines that the operators weren't tightening the caribeeners (the piece that holds your harness to the rope that attaches to the line -- it's supposed to be screwed tight. They need to unscrew and remove them and then refasten them each time you switch to a new line).
