Honestly, they were better than my extreme nausea, so I grinned through it. Maybe you need some time to adjust to it? I think I recall headaches and dizziness being one of the possible side effects?</p> <p>With that said, if I had to substitute one for the other, I'd MUCH rather have a headache than nausea! My doctor suggested that I take it regularly for a few days and then begin taking it on an as-needed basis. Right now, I'm taking one (8mg) pill a day.</p> <p>I'm already finding that it makes a huge difference for me as far as nausea and vomiting -- I feel more normal than I have in months -- but I am getting a non-stop, killer headache. I've done Tylenol, lots of water, and a bit of caffeine, all of which help somewhat.</p> <p>Mostly I am wondering, though, if anyone else has experience with this headache. Did it eventually let up? If you were sick later into your pregnancy, did you ever feel better? I'm hopeful that it's partly bad now because I'm adjusting. I'm also hopeful that the sickness will last maybe a few more weeks and I'll be okay...but I'm just trying to be optimistic :) </p>
