Not sure if you got an answer to this but you can always call your pharmacy and ask. The pharmacists are very helpful with these sorts of questions!

I take them concurrently when I need to, and my OB is fine with it.

You're perfectly fine to take both. Zofran is an anti nausea med that does not cause drowsiness so it won't react with the unisom. I work as an rn and give it all the time- love the drug because it works well and quickly with virtually no side effects

Pick one or the other. Better play it safe then be sorry. Some medications that are similar may have similar or the same ingredients causing an over does when taking both or a bad reaction when taken together.

So I've been taking B6 for nausea and have also recently added Unisom, but it doesn't do a whole lot for me, except help me to sleep really well. I just got a prescription for Zofran today, but I forgot to ask what to do about the Unisom. Should I keep taking it, or stop? I figured the B6 was fine to keep taking, but I'm worried about the Unisom.

I usually take 25 mg of B6 in the morning and 25 at night, as well as half a Unisom at night. Should I stagger the Zofran? I mostly need it from about 3-9 p.m., because this is when the nausea is worst. I am going to call in the morning and ask, but any ideas?
