<description>&#60;p&#62;That's nice of them.  I recently ordered something for my son and I noticed it was taking a while.  Sometimes it does take a while.  Then one day I get an email from them saying that they can't send me the item and credited me the item and gave me a $15 credit for the inconvenience.  I REALLY wanted that item.  But it's okay.  I've seen it on their site from time-to-time so I'll just order it again.  Had they not given me the $15 credit I would have been more annoyed.  So good customer service for sure!

<description>&#60;p&#62;so i bought a couple of dresses from zulily last month; when they finally came in i was saddened to find that i hated the fit/size~&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;they were &#34;final purchase&#34; items that weren't returnable, but on a whim i decided to email them... it took a couple of weeks, but i sent back the dresses and they issued me a store credit :)&#60;/p&#62;
