I didn't take it with my DS Before my first appointment because I wasn't sure if it was safe. I was miserable and struggled with being constantly out of breath. My OB told me it was safe. Benedryl is also safe if you need some more immediate relief...</p> <p>I have also used Flonase during both and it helped a ton as well. I'm miserable. It was the only allergy medicine that ever helped me, and I really want to take one. </p>
