Hmmmm bathrooms get away from me occasionally, DH is notorious for keeping saying "I'll do it tomorrow" and it drives me bonkers. Otherwise I think I'm pretty good on the basics. I really need to do windows this weekend!

I have never made beds ever!! Love the crib since there's only the one sheet. But unless something has been soiled, I'm never on top of regularly changing sheets on any of our beds, either!

Cleaning the bath tub and dusting rarely get attention here.

- Mopping
- Putting away clean laundry
- Clutter on the kitchen table
- The kitchen, period. Its always in a state.

dusting!

Dusting is by far the most neglected thing. It's such a chore to get done!

All things dog related...picking up poop, bathing, walking, etc. We've really slacked since we had a LO.

The clutter!

We have a cleaning person come every other week which really helped with most of the easily negligible things but! She couldn't come this month so for starters I am behind on everything but I also realized that the detail stuff she isn't in charge of has been totally forgotten. There are scuff marks on the walls, the windows are gross, drains are slow etc and I just haven't noticed since I am not cleaning regularly.

I'm NOT on top of bathrooms and dusting and I hate vacuuming. I was way more on top of this when LO was an infant and took multiple naps a day bc I had so much time at home. Once she went to one nap it's so hard to stay on top of the cleaning in addition to the cooking. I don't know how things work when you have more than one kid. My big birthday/Mother's Day/anniversary gift this year is getting cleaners to come every 3 weeks so things don't get out of control. We just started and may move to every two weeks if needed but after one visit I already feel like the cleaning is more manageable for me day to day...like if it's all clean it's easier to keep clean than when the house is just a disaster it's hard to get ahead

Bathrooms...especially D's cause I never go in there...I stay in denial lol.

Ugh I dread bathing my dog! I try to go as long as possible, or until someone complains that she smells...!

I hate folding laundry. I have a pile of clean laundry that's been sitting in the hamper for 3 days now.

We have a fine balance of nothing being mastered but somewhat managed and if a tiny thing happens (we get sick, hit a busy work stretch, etc) it all comes crashing down. Such is life!

@lemondrop: This exactly! I feel like I generally have everything just done enough to not be a complete disaster, but one lazy day/ bad night of sleep / cranky baby and skipped nap and it goes straight to disaster zone.

But the thing that bothers me the most is the floors. I try and at least dry swiffer the wood, but we don't vacuum the area rug enough, so the dog hair and general shedding very quickly accumulates on the wood again. It's hard vacuuming since I try to clean while the baby is sleeping but her room is near the living room.... but mostly I just suck and cleaning.

ALL the chores! Seriously.

Except the kitchen, I'm anal about that.

Laundry. I'm awful at keeping up with putting away clean laundry.
Gardening, but it's intentional...plants have a better chance of survival if I don't touch them. RIP Henry the Fern.

-the fridge
-the garden (Dh wants to arrange to get someone to do this because he can't be bothered)
-the windows (I need to arrange a cleaner to come)
-general clutter
-deep cleaning of the kitchen
-oh and the car. I haven't cleaned it since I was pregnant, 8 months ago!!
