He took Tylenol about 4 hours ago. Should I wake him and give him Mortrin or wait until he wakes on his own?

I wouldn't wake him. The sleep is probably good for him. He will wake up if it gets too bad/uncomfortable.

Don't wake him. He will let you know if he needs you. I would give him more Motrin if and when he wakes up. Sleep well!

@MrsMccarthy: if he was uncomfortable, he'd let you know. No reason to treat a fever unless he's in pain. Try not to worry and get some sleep!

I would just check on him more frequently, if he feels much hotter then yes, I'd wake him. Fevers scare me too though.

I wouldn't wake him but perhaps check his temp. My pedi says not to worry if it's a low grade fever.

I wouldn't wake him either. Especially if the fever is from teething alone.

We were battling the same thing all weekend. It was a low-grade fever for us, but I was worried. She woke-up fever free! Thank goodness. I hope he doesn't stay sick for long.
