There was a diaper rash involved ??

LO is 5 months, STTN and for the past 5 days has had diarrhea and has woken up each morning with a dirty diaper. Dr says it's a bug and to let it run its course. I've been changing her every 2hrs during the day, air drying, slathering on the Penetin but she is starting to (has already??) developed a rash. She is still her happy self so as far as I can tell it's not causing too much pain.

Should I wake her to change in the MOTN tonight though or let her sleep ?
