What difference does it make if the stroller has air filled tires? I want to get jeep stroller that has this feature but I'm not really sure if this is a good thing or bad thing. I guess its good because I can just pump the tire if it goes flat but would the tire ever need to be replaced?

I've heard you can't tell that much of a difference...until you're out and about and you're stroller can't move because you have a flat.

I have heard the air filled tires have a much smoother ride on rough surfaces, but you do have to deal with patching/filling/replacing/flats, so you have to decide what your priorities are!

^ Yup. Air-filled tires can "off-road" on trails and such ... other strollers are pretty much limited to paved surfaces.

Yeah, that was one of our pros/cons, but we hike so often that it was well worth the risk of a flat. I'll definitely report back once we try the Jeep stroller out on trails and let you know how much of a problem it turns out to be. So far those I've talked with haven't complained about it.
