Hello,
I have a question, my husband and i currently live in NH (where there is no state income tax), and he has a 2nd interview at a company in MA (which does have income tax). I'm assuming federal taxes are the same for every state (but i could be wrong), is there a way to figure out how much more he needs to make in MA to "break even" with what he was making in NH? i tried googling it, but its hard to get a clear answer since theres so many ways taxes are broken down/withheld from each check. For easy math, lets say he makes $70k in NH, what would be the equivalent to that in MA?
