I'm currently ttc (7th month with 2 MC's) and I had a small amount of light pink CM on 7 & 8 dpo. Today is 9dpo and there's a tiny bit of tan colored CM. I have spotted before AF, but it's usually 1-2 days before, not a week before. Has anyone had something similar and turned out to be PG?? I know when I spot close to AF I hope it's implantation bleeding (and it's not) but this seems different. TRYING not to get hopes up

I had implantation bleeding. I put a tampon in because I thought I might have started, but I barely filled it after having it in all night.

I had light spotting. It wasn't a lot, and honestly, I was convinced it was just the very beginning of my period (which kind of depressed me). But when I didn't get my full blown period within 3 days, I knew it was actually implantation bleeding. I got my first positive 4 days later!

I got a BFP on 8dpo and had some brown spotting on 11 and 12 dpo. It was just a small amount when I wiped. Because it was brown, I am pretty sure it was implantation bleeding.

I got BFP on I think 9 DPO and a couple days later I had some brown spotting. I was convinced I was going to miscarry again but all was fine and I'm pretty sure it was implantation bleeding. Fingers crossed for you!

I had one brown spot on about 8 or 9 DPO

I did but I already knew I was pregnant.
I actually had an ultrasound to verify there was at least a sac in there and there was. I was only 5weeks along not the 7 I had thought. -
I had maybe 3 or 4 drops of light pink on a piece of TP 8 DPO (I think) and that is it. Everyone is different though. Good luck!

I had tiny specks this cycle at dpo 5&6 but I have yet to get my bfp or af. Af is due Friday so its still early. I got excited for it till I read that its part of having low progesterone. I've never experienced it before had so who knows. I hope yours is implantaion bleeding!

I did! I had implantation bleeding on Tuesday, and got my BFP on a Friday. My period wasn't due until the following Monday, and like you, I never spot until 1-2 days before my period. I knew the spotting a week before was different, and I was right! Mine was light pink too.

I had IB beginning at 8DPO and got my BFP at 10DPO. My IB was light brown spotting, only when I wiped but lasted two weeks off and on. I think by about week 6 it had disappeared. I am now 16w along.

Thanks so much for sharing your IB stories! It has stopped as of today, so here's hoping....... I'm going to test Sat probably. I just get so upset seeing BFNs, so I'm trying to hold out til 12-13dpo. Also, I've had my progesterone checked and it was within the normal range, so hopefully it's not related to that.

@MCD919: I just found this thread today. Did you get your BFP? Kind of TMI but I noticed light pink on TP today (10 DPO) and AF isn't due until Tuesday.

I have no idea what was up with that pink cm. I'm either ovulating today or I did yesterday, so I've already moved onto this cycle ... And dreading another tww!

I had light pink bleeding for a day. Totally thought it was the start of my period and was really sad. Then, nothing the next day, so I took a test a couple days later and got a BFP!

@Cara M. 17: It seems too early but it's so bizarre! When I saw it this morning, I automatically thought spotting/dark discharge. But I wiped and nothing. Peed at 1pm but not since and didn't see anything then either. And I don't *feel* anything!
