@babycanuck: @PurplePumps: @Leialou: I found some cute winter socks at Target. I want to do this swap. You guys still in to do this swap? I think we can swap winter socks and not Christmas or Holiday socks. That way we can wear them after the holidays.

I'm hoping to get other fellow IFer to join. I'm thinking even ones who are newly pregnant can be included. (There have been a bunch of BFPs lately.) Unless someone would not prefer it. Wall me, if you don't.

So I'll set up an elfster swap. I'll wall you guys the link to it. (I've done elfster in the past and I've had people join but when they decided not to send out their package , I was unable to figure out who they are on HB... so long story short, I'll keep the elfster link private.)

Ok, so the other question to decide is when to send socks. I'm thinking in January... send out socks by Jan 5th? So that some of us get our socks by the end of January? You can send it out before Christmas if it's easier.

So with Elfster (if anyone is not familiar with it), you link to websites with socks you want. So if you want knee high socks, make sure you 'wish' for that kind of sock.

Also, Elfster has a search feature for you to find things you want but I think it kinda sucks. What I would do is go shopping online and find other sites with socks you like... then copy the link and add the link to your elfster wish list.

Oh, how much do you want to spend? $25 and that will include shipping? That could get you 1-3 pairs of socks. (maybe?)

@travellingbee: With our feet having to be in stirrups all the time for ultrasounds, HSG, SHG and any other procedures, for me, it's nice to see bright socks to look at instead of regular white one. In the summer, I like to paint my toe nails different colors. So in the winter socks are nice... well unless you live in a warm area where you can wear flip-flops year-round (jealous!)

Ok, I bumped this thread a few times and I think it's just us 6. Unless you think you can recruit more before Christmas. I'm going to move up the partner swap date... so we have more time to shop before we need to ship out in January. Before I had the partner swap a day before the day we were supposed to ship out, which would give us 24 hr to shop and ship. Yeah, that wouldn't be good.

This would give you guys a little over a week to shop and then ship.
