Hi all! I was doing a search to see if this topic already came up or not but I have no idea what I can and can't eat while pregnant for Asian foods.

For example:

In Korean food... is it ok to eat kimchi? How about gochujang (red pepper paste) or ssamjang (the sauce you eat with lettuce wraps?).

Chinese food: some of the ingredients that I don't recognize like snow fungus, lilly root, snow ear mushroom?

I live in China (but am Korean American) and I really don't know if I can eat the foods that I normally eat while pregnant. If anyone can help me out that would be GREAT!
