If you lift, what does this look like to you? Crossfit? Weight training at the gym?

DH is a serious powerlifter and I recently (December) started lifting, too. It feels so great and I am actually sticking to it this time. I have been lifting at the gym, though this winter has been brutal so we are going to get a few pairs of dumbbells for me to use at home if I can't make it. At the gym, I am typically training 5 days a week and focusing on one body part a day with cardio at the end of my workout (since I am trying to cut some fat, too).
