Hm...they look like bites to me. I know my kids usually swell more a day or two after being bitten. You could mark them with a sharpie to see if they get any bigger.

My mosquitoes bites blow up, often getting 1-2". Unfortunately it looks like my daughter (almost 4yo) is the same. I always found that this provided relief, and that scratching makes it worse:

I look like that when I get bit by mosquitoes, and they can swell and get even bigger. Ugh. I would definitely get something like what @StrawberryBee: suggested since they can become very itchy. Hope the swelling goes down soon!
