I was a similar build to your sister for all the weddings I was a bridesmaid in. (8/10 32-34 G/H) and have a strong preference for wearing a real bra always. My recommendation would be to find a dress with straps she likes (tough but not impossible) and plan on buying to fit her bust and tailoring the rest down. It’s a pain but the best bet if she wants to be comfortable.

Have you looked at Azazie? The bridesmaids' dresses at my sister's wedding were from there. They have tons of colors/styles and are reasonably priced ($120 ish). You can order a custom size by just entering your measurements.

@Foodnerd81: she should try Nordstrom. I know what you mean. My boys are ringbearers and my husband is a groomsman. So expensive!

I wore this when I was pregnant with my first (about 20 weeks along) and I am a solid 34G when pregnant. It’s not a maternity dress, but it was flowy so it worked. Also a May wedding! For my best friend. I only wore it for the wedding for a few hours and had it cleaned right away. PM me if any of you wants to buy it!

@Foodnerd81: I also tried this one but it didn’t work with my belly at the time. Could do a regular bra with it, she might just have to get the neckline tacked. Tiny Dancer is the color we used for the wedding.

And yeah, agreed with online shopping! I ordered like 5 dresses from shopbop, tried them on and returned what didn’t work. Done and done. Ain’t nobody got time for that in a real store
