I do, in my shoulder. One guess what it's from? Carrying my 2 year old, strapping her into a carseat, tossing her around the house and rough housing. Oy. Kids, remember this when you think you want to wait until your mid to late 30's or 40's to have children. I'm officially feeling like an old mom.

Ouch, sorry you're dealing with that! I have never had it, but DH got it in his knee due to his occupation and it looked so bad, let alone how bad he felt from it.

Ugh yes! I had it in when I was a senior in high school (I was on the colorguard team). The only thing that helped was going to physical therapy. I even had a cortisone shot and less than a week later I was in so much pain again. Every once in awhile it starts to flare up but if I ice it and stretch it goes away. Hope you feel better soon!

@mediagirl: Don't feel old! I've had it since I was in my 20s! In both my knees (can no longer wear completely flat shoes) and in my shoulder (from carrying a very heavy purse!). It's no fun!
