I'm 33 weeks pregnant. Lately when I go to bed I find that I have a lot of trouble breathing as soon as I lay down. I lay on my left or right side, I propped a bunch of pillows under myself but nothing is helping. The lack of air makes me take in huge breaths that then fill me with more air. When I'm upright I don't have this problem but as soon as I'm down it feels like my lungs are bing crushed. Any suggestions? I'm losin a lot of sleep and feeling very uncomfortable.
