I've made green tea ice cream and I'm looking for a recipe for some sort of garnish to dress it up a little bit! I looked at fortune cookie recipes but the reviews make it clear that the recipes are very challenging. Does anyone have a surefire cookie recipe that would work, or better yet a good waffle cone recipe?

@jhd: thank you! I am not a huge fan of green tea but it fits the theme of the dinner we're going to and its homemade...just hoping I can figure out something exciting to serve with it!

Why not just go get some fortune cookies? I know the grocery store by my house sells them, but I am sure if you stopped into an Asian restaurant they might give or sell you some.
