I am currently breastfeeding my 16 month old toddler. He is really into nursing and if I am with him all day, he nurses A LOT. Like every two hours at minimum. We also co-sleep for part of the night and he nurses a ton throughout that time. He's pretty tall (90th percentile), average weight.

So my curiosity is... I am SO starving all the time. I am way more hungry than when he was a newborn and nursing. Is that normal? I feel like he is taking so much more from me now that he is bigger. Does anybody know if that is true? I guess what I'm wondering is, does it all depend on volume? I'm going to be night weaning next month, so that will likely change things, but I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else.

Thanks bees!
