    @SweetiePie: I don’t want to sound creepy but I’d love to see your look put together if you are open to posting a pic of yourself, but totally understand if not!

    @starchild: not creepy, haha. I just hope it looks good! I feel like I never photograph as well as I (think) I look. Haha. Makeup wise I mean.
    I’ll try to wall you a photo tomorrow! I don’t want to post my face on a public thread.

    @starchild: In addition to an actual concealer, one thing you can add in is a corrector. I use an apricot colored one on my eye area before I put on the concealer because I have very dark lids and blue toned under eye circles. It adds an extra layer of coverage and you don't have to put on quite so much concealer.

    I also watched a few make up artist videos on applying concealer and I learned I wasn't using enough of applying it correctly.

    @SweetiePie: Thanks!

    @looch: That sounds exactly like me. My undereyes look purple on really bad days. I just struggle with adding more steps in the morning, but do you feel like you're able to do your routine quickly once you get the hang of it? I saw your post on the first page and it seems like a lot of steps but sounds like it would look great. Also feel free to send pics!

    @bees_knees: Thanks I will try that! That's been the most frustrating thing to me b/c I see all these videos and eveyone just seems to be able to get SO much product in one swipe and I'm always struggling!

    @starchild: I've learned that I need to layer products to get the best results. I also have tweaked the application, so for the foundation step, I use one of those new toothbrush style brushes (look up Artis) and that cut the time I spent applying and blending foundation in half.

    @snowjewelz: I totally agree! the hairdryer helps a lot! Or I’ll just blow hot air on it (like...when you’re trying to fog a mirror? I don’t know how to explain it ) if I don’t have my hair dryer out.

    @Mrs. High Heels: Hi! Found this oldish post, and wondered if you could tell me, do you use the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream? I really want to try it, but I’m scared to pull the trigger because I have no idea what shade to get. Any advice? Thanks!

    ETA: Didn’t mean to sound like I was asking what shade to get, but if you have advice on err on lighter side vs darker side, etc., that would be helpful.

    @Mrs Panda: I’ve been using the Missha no. 27, and it is a pretty perfect match. It doesn’t have a grayish cast like I’ve experienced with other brands of B.B. creams. To compare, I’m an NC 35 shade for Mac.

    It’s hard to recommend lighter/darker without knowing what you look like and skin tone, but I think the descriptions and colors are pretty true to life. Have you looked at swatch comparisons of the different shades online? If you’re unsure between two shades I’d probably err on the side of lighter since B.B. creams do oxidize!
