Thanks everyone. I'm tired but struggling to sleep due to nausea that keeps cropping up. My face also itches! Anesthesia can be wonderful, the side effects are a bummer.
LO has a short frenulum. We are nursing with a shield, and it seems okay. The process of clipping has been mentioned.

She looks exactly like her big sister at birth. She certainly came with a little attitude too, she gets bright red mad if you try to disturb her in any manner. But we love her anyway.
