I asked my midwife, she says it's safe, it's mostly vitamin C, and it may help.
Did you drink it? How much and starting when? Did it help you in labor? If not, what did?

I did, but not until I was 37 weeks w/ my 2nd baby. I don't know if it actually progressed anything but my labor was quick and easy

I did with my second from about 36 weeks on. I was obsessed, drinking 4-5 cups/day and ended up going a few days overdue (despite my first having come a week and a half early!). My labor was pretty quick and easy, though.

I started around 38 weeks or so with my first. I don't know if it made a difference but I really liked it! I made it iced by the pitcher and had a late July baby during a heat wave... So it was really refreshing and helped me stay hydrated if nothing else.
I had a pretty uncomplicated labor, though not terribly fast.

I started around 38 weeks. Didn't help to bring on labor as I went to 41 weeks, but I only had 5 1/2 hours of active labor so maybe it helped in that way? I had between 1-3 cups a day depending on how often I remembered.

I did around 34/36 weeks. Labor was quick and easy. I had heard that people hated the taste, so I started mixing it with other teas and then realized that I love it plain with no sugar. A cup or two a day on the days I remembered.

I drank buckets of it from about 36 weeks, ended up being induced at 40+1 for prom. My labour was 14 hours which I don't think is considered too long for the first time, but I certainly wouldn't say it was easy! I think I'll do the capsule versions this time just in case it helps.

Yes, I drank lots of it. I loved the taste! I started around 35 weeks.
Labor was 15 hours with #2, but only 6 total for #2. My doctor has always been amazed at what a good pusher I was even with posterior babies, so I've always credited the RRL tea and capsules.

I took it during third trimester with my second. I think I started with 1 or 2 cups and had up to 4 by the end. I think it may have helped with pushing. Almost 8lbs and out in one contraction!

I started around 37 weeks with 1 or 2 cups a day. I went into labor on my due date and had a fairly easy birth, so I guess it may have played a role?

I drank 4-5 cups every day starting at 33 weeks. My labor was 37.5 hours long BUT I pushed my 9lb 2oz posterior baby in only 45 minutes! I was 9 days overdue.

Loving these responses since I'm 36 weeks and currently drinking a glass of iced version. I didn't like it warm but I mixed it with regular raspberry tea when I steeped it and it's amazing over ice.
My first baby was 53 hours of labour, 1 hour of pushing and ended in a c-section. Anything is an improvement on that!

I did, starting around 35/36 weeks. Baby came at 39 w 2 d, and I don't have any complaints about the labor! I can't prove the 2 things are related but...

@Lilbear: my baby was 8.5 lbs, posterior, and I pushed for under an hour too!

I did drink it near the end of my pregnancy. I liked it both hot and cold. It did nothing for me in terms of labor though..

I drank it beginning around 36 weeks and I don't think it did anything.

I did when I was a week overdue. Contractions started within hours but my labor was super duper long!
ETA- I made it with real raspberries and steeped it.
