We are planning to potty train over Labor Day weekend. I read Oh Crap! Potty Training and debriefed DH. He's on board and thrilled at the prospect of being done with diapers, but I get the feeling he's hoping to be pretty hands off with the actual training part lol

Nope, I did it over a weekend when he was away! 
lucky him! but he's obviously on board and kept up the routine when he came home.

Yep, we tag-teamed it over Thanksgiving weekend last year. If he's going to be home I think it's helpful for him to help out. When they got to go they got to go and if you are busy DH should be able to go help out!

I did it alone for the most part. I did the 3-day training and in D1's waking hours, my husband was at work so...Yeah, I did it by myself. It wasn't a big deal, really. Just a few accidents but it was just the learning experience.

I did the research, bought the supplies, pack the diaper bag, and talked to daycare. I also handle most of the potty trips in public. I would say DH and I split the day to day stuff (reminders, sitting in the bathroom, accidents, & praise) 50/50 and he's been a great partner on that.

He has been. We are doing the OCPT this weekend, we have to finish a bathroom remodel that won't end, so I will be doing the most of it. but he will there as much as he can.

I did most of it. It was kind of easier because it was more consistent with one person. But once I knew all the cues and routines, he'd follow them.

Yes, we did the 3 day crash course and I did the first day and he handled day 2 & 3 while I was working.

Nope. I started on a Monday while he was at work.
It was better for us to not do it in a weekend because they end up busy and i didn't want to waste a summer weekend at home. We timed it to coincide with a heat wave so we stayed home in the air conditioning. Worked well!

Kind of? We didn't do a hardcore potty training program. We did it gradually as that is what worked best for us and daycare refused to let him come in with underwear anyway. DH would help with potty but poop was my area. We were both pretty consistent with asking/taking LO potty. But he was completely pee trained after spending a long weekend with grandma!
