I hate the feeling of sticky things on me, especially on my hands, feet and lips (i dont' really like sticky lip gloss). I also can't eat super mushy foods (like oysters..gag). And I hate tight clothes because it makes me feel like I'm suffocating!

I can't stand the feeling of dry skin, or someones feet rubbing on me in any way. lol does that count?

When I read the title, I thought to myself, "Well, I wear glasses. Does that count" but I guess that's not the context you are going for. I don't like weird food textures, like mushrooms.

@MaisyMay: I just told my mom I hate mushrooms because of the texture, lol ick!

Yes I have a ton lol my biggest issue is with cotton balls. I cannot stand how they sound or feel. I'm also very sensitive to sounds and I can't eat alot foods because of there texture. DS has inherited many of these traits and was diagnosed with sensory intigration disorder :(

I can't stand when you go to the beach and sand gets everywhere, so we rarely go to the beach. I also hate going barefoot in places like hotel rooms and any bathroom other than my own.
I'll do a non-negative one: I have a thing about rubbing soft cotton sheets / blankets between my fingers. It's like a compulsion... once I find a good, smooth spot (it has to be 2 layers with no wrinkles) i rub it between my fingers or between my palms. It helps me relax.

Um, where do I begin? I have diagnoses of both Aspergers and auditory processing disorder, although my APD is not the type most people think of if they know anything about it. I don't like anything wet on my hands or face so washing my face/hands or going swimming is torture. Having anything touch my neck is also torture, so I can never grow my hair out! And it really makes me much happier to have the right amount of pressure on my skin so I'm often wrapped up in a heavy blanket like a burrito! Like seriously I sit at the dinner table in my burrito.

@Mrs.B: About the cotton balls, do you feel like they have a surface almost like a chalkboard? Not quite smooth because they have an annoying friction? And they make a kind of farting noise? I gave up with them a long time ago.

I hate tight clothes, too! I have a big thing with food textures and I have super sensitive hearing, so hearing certain things makes my teeth hurt and others disgust me in a way that's probably not normal!

I can't stand the sound of nails on a chalkboard. I also have a problem listening to music that is off pitch. It actually physically pains me.

I can't wear turtle necks, scarves that are wrapped too tightly or choker like necklaces. I feel like I'm being strangled. I can't sleep in a room with no air flow because I feel like I'm suffocating.

@spaniellove: I don't think I qualify! Mostly listen to music streamed from YouTube using my Skype headset... ha!

Food that isn't textured like I think (tomatoes). I eat like a 3 year old. I hear everything when I'm trying to go to sleep. Apartments were terrible for me. I don't wear a lanyard at work because I feel like I'm choking. At night my feet must be covered by a blanket.

@spaniellove: It's the weird squishy crinkly texture and the weird sound. I get goose bumps and break out in a cold sweat just thinking about them :/

@Mrs.B: Now embarrassed because I said cotton balls make a farting sound!

@spaniellove: I know what you mean about the farting noise. It is sort of a weird squeaking sound.... I also do that blanket thing. I have a blanket around me constantly (like a burrito), even when it is the middle of summer. I can't sleep unless I'm under more than just a sheet either. I need a quilt or duvet so I can feel the weight of it.
Also I love to touch everything when I'm shopping for clothes. I just love the feeling of a variety of fabrics. I also love rubbing my palm on the couch or on the seat of the car and feel it go numb.
