Where I live, it's usually in the high 80s and very humid. It's hard to sleep well without a fan or a/c on, and even then I find that I don't sleep as well! I've been needing at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and I used to only need around 6 or so. I think maybe I'm waking up more in the middle of the night, or not falling into as deep a sleep as I used to.
