wipes for me. Pampers sensitive to be exact. Haven't found anything else i purchase often enough to subscribe to.

Formula. Saved extra 10% by subscribing and amazon's price was significantly cheaper than diapers.com's price.
We also get kettle chips spicy thai flavor delivered automatically every 6 months.

@Mrsbells: you can select how often you want amazon to autoship the item. I think it goes as far as every 6 months. You can also skip shipments if you don't need it yet.
I usually subscribe & then delete my subscription
I use it for the subscribe and save.... Mostly I just want the 'save' part!

I change subscriptions all the time, but my mainstays have been diapers, wipes, prenatal vitamins, prenatal DHA's, Kleenex hand towels and Method laundry detergent refills.
I don't like to put things on automatic delivery too much because I like to price compare before buying.

@T.H.O.U.: sunscreen since summer's coming, if you like wipes for the bathroom they have a pack of Scott wipes in s&s that are about $4- a good add on item.

Prenatals. I'm thinking about maybe doing wipes. I'm never sure with diapers since LO grows so fast. He outgrew size 2's so quickly despite having a big box of them.

@dagret: Thanks, thats a good suggestion especially as we start potty training.
We S&S to the Happy Tot pouches. She loves those and it makes it cheaper then the grocery store.
