Do you wake up refreshed and ready to face the day? I'm really struggling with this right now and I'm trying to figure out what normal is and I would love ideas on being a bit more of a morning person.

I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant and have a toddler. I haven't stayed up past 10 in months, my toddler is an awful sleeper and wakes up once in the middle of the night and frequently once around 5 and then goes back to sleep until 6:30/7. My husband takes that middle of the night wakeup at least half the time though. I'm crazy groggy in the morning and right now we're in an awful habit of eating breakfast and then parking ourselves on the couch for awhile. And coffee is currently not sitting well...
