We have a live in nanny that I just adore like family. She has been with us for almost a year now and I would like to look into getting her health benefits but I have no idea how. My husband isn't keen on the idea but I don't care 
Does anyone know where to begin the process?

I've been both and I never had any health benefits. I would recommend Breedlove to help with taxes though. They're great!

Oh wow thank you so much! Like I said, the hubby is meh about it so I'm just going to do it on my own. I think of her as a little sister and would hate for her to ever struggle with money if she got sick or needed some dental work or something.

I worked for an agency in college and a lot of the full-time and live-in girls got health benefits from their families. I'm not sure about the process of going about it, though.

Thank you so much ladies! Zippylef I actually contacted some agencies and found out who they use and as an early Christmas present gave my nanny her policy for health, dental and vision today! She was thrilled!

I'm glad you decided to give her benefits. Nannies work their butts off and it's more than a full-time job if you're live-in.
