If they aren't sick, they just don't eat much?
My 2 year old has been super picky the last few days and only picking at things, and not even eating things she normally eats well.

Yep, my 17 month old just came out of a picky week or so. She usually never says no to fruit and she wasn't even that into fruit during that time!

Yeah, I don't make a big deal out of it since she's normal weight/height and has other days where she eats a lot.

Nope. The younger one is super picky right now but is still always asking for food. Just the same few things and snacks.

Yep, usually when he has to poop.
He's 4 and get's constipated here and there.
ETA: He's never been a big eater. Couldn't care less about food.

My 19 month old has days where she eats almost nothing, but will drink milk. I stopped stressing over it because she seems generally happy and healthy. I heard it is normal.

Yes. There usually turns out to be a reason in hindsight - teeth, constipation, tummy bug... or, in the baby's case, a hatred of spoons and all things pureed.
