I have to admit one of my first thoughts after baby was born was 'wow, I just gave birth to a mini girl version of my husband'. I have no idea what features I gave her, I'm pretty sure she's just a little clone I incubated. She's gorgeous but nothing like I ever imagined since in my imagination there were some similarities. Are most people 50/50 with features or anyone else have one partners features take over.

I took one look at my son and saw a replica of my husband. Even my doctor looked at him and said "it's too bad you didn't have stretchmarks so you would have some evidence he's yours".

everyone says charlie looks like mr. bee. i can see myself in charlie when he was a baby, but not so much anymore. i can see myself in olive in my baby pictures, but it'll be interesting to see how her face changes!

Everyone says my daughter is my mini me. She definitely looks more like me than my husband but I see my mom when I look at my daughter. And it's funny because my mom doesn't see it!

My LO is only 4 months so it's hard to tell. But so far she seems like she's a little of both of us.
We have a lot of the same features (fair skin, dark hair) so really she'll look like both of us anyway.

Our first baby was a replica of my husband. We compared their two baby pictures and they were practically identical. He didn't seem to have any features from me, so you couldn't tell he was half Japanese.

Both my daughters look just like me...it's kinda funny cause I never imagined I'd make two mini me's.

But I am very happy with my little babe that looks like the Dada. Her heart is just like mine (for better and worse) though.
I can see parts of me in her but not able to see with the untrained eye.
