I'm concerned LO might not be eating enough. He is ~23 lbs, 1 year old (today!) He learned how to walk about 2 weeks ago. He was STTN for most of Nov/Dec but that was ruined by a 10-day xmas trip when we all had to sleep in a cold, cold room together. Now he wakes 1-3x a night and sometimes needs milk, sometimes doesn't. During the day he drinks about 20oz of milk and eats 3 meals and a small snack. He's not a huge fan of eating and we always feed him until he literally pushes the spoon away or starts throwing finger food.

I read the recent thread about 12-18m meals, and I was researching the recommended food guidelines for ages 1-2 years and I was just so surprised by how much food was suggested! There was all sorts of measurements, but I'm a visual person. If you were preparing a "meal" for your LO ages 12-18m, which container would you use - the glass bowl or plastic container? I included a 4oz pouch as a size reference.

I know this is a really limited-scope question but indulge me as a FTM
