Got BFP at 12 dpo. No symptoms
In the next few days developed nipple/breast soreness.

Today I am 18 dpo, following 2 positive betas. Only symptoms are the breast tenderness, seem a little more tired and a little more hungry than usual.

Eh... a stinging sensation after unprotected sex about two weeks after suspected ovulation. I had only ever experienced that before when I was taking the progestogen-only pill, and this hormone also increases during pregnancy.
