Good Morning! Question for egg allergy moms- if you/your kiddo can tolerate baked eggs, what have you tried?

Back story- my 6 year old can tolerate baked eggs. We've taken it one step further (per Dr's recommendation) from cakes/muffins to cookies, pancakes, and even crepes. However, I'm unsure of things like pasta (boiled) or donuts (fried). I guess it's the cooking process that I'm unsure of. Anyone have any advice or experience with this? TIA!
