My fasting glucose has been ranging from 86-112 over the last week. Majority of the time it's around 94. My doctor would like to see it under 90. I'm on a diet plan and all my other numbers are great. My diet plan calls for 15grams of carbs before bed which I've been doing but it doesn't seem to work.

Last night I tried a high protein snack (2 cheese sticks) plus some blueberries (maybe 1/4 cup) and I was still high today.

Any tips? I'm only 7 weeks and I find this stressful. I can't imagine feeling this way for 33 weeks.
