If you like making freezer meals, what are your favorites? We like pretty much everything other than bean-based items.

We eat these so so often. Delicious! I also like having ground beef/turkey cooked up, chicken in different marinades, and I find most chili recipes freeze beautifully. Also making a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough, scooping it out on a cookie sheet and freezing it then throwing it in a gallon bag means homemade cookies whenever you feel like it!

Lasagna, chili, corn chowder, enchiladas and individually wrapped burritos and pancakes are my freezer go-tos. Taquitos and calzones also seem like they would freeze well, but I've never tried it.

One of my favorites is Rachel Rays' Winter White Coq Au Vin. I make it in the crockpot and then freeze. Her Cajun meatloaf is also really good, if you don't want to cook it ahead, you can freeze it in muffin tin portions for weeknight baking.

I also do a simple curry with chicken, sweet potatoes and garbanzo beans (I know you said no beans above, lol). I use a prepared curry paste and basically follow the directions on the bottle, but instead of water, I use half chicken stock and half tomato puree. For sides, I freeze naan, or I use a prepared rice, I found a really good one, but I can't recall the name.
Mrs. Jump Rope posted a recipe for Santa Fe Chicken at one point, which is really nice on a cold day. For the freezer, I prep it all the way to the point where I would add the cream cheese. When reheat it, I add the cream cheese and a bit of water. Skinny taste has a good recipe, I can't link it for some reason.
