I've seen this kind of post a while back, but thought it was time for an update!
I only just started trying out these recipes. We had the spinach lasagna rolls, which I wasn't crazy about, and the recent recipe for veggie lasagna stuffed portobello mushrooms. Those were awesome!
What are your tried and true or recent favorites?

Turkey Chili Taco Soup. We love soups & chilies through winter & fall and she has lots of those recipes.

There is a quinoa salad with black beans and mango that's really yummy. Also like the peanut noodles and the Mac and cheese (though I totally add extra fat and cheese to mine). And a bunch of the pumpkin recipes are good- love the pumpkin turkey chili- sounds weird but so good.

Italian style crockpot sloppy Joes! I serve over brown rice rather than on buns, still delicious!!

Crockpot chicken salsa verde is a tried and true winner. I also like the eggplant "meatballs" - it's a unique spin on eggplant parm and you don't have to peel the eggplant.

We love pretty much all of them. Her pulled pork is great. We also love the pasta with Italian chicken sausage, escarole, and beans. The chicken and White bean enchiladas are a favorite!
