My husband and I both have gotten them (he gets it at work, I got mine during a prenatal). I need to make appts for the kids but I keep hoping I will have this damn baby and I can make it my husbands job for his paternity leave...

Me-yes. 9 month old: first of two, 3.5 year old: no, taking her when I do his booster. DH: no. He’s going to do it this weekend (I told him no college football until he gets his ass in gear in this one)

We just got them on Sunday! I wanted to earlier, but kept forgetting, so I'm glad we finally got it done.

Baby has had his first dose and older son will get his when baby goes for his second dose. DH and I will probably just go to Walgreens because we can do that more easily when we are out running errands.

DS gets his in 1 week at his well visit. I just had a baby 3 days ago and when the peds came by the hospital I asked if I should have my husband take my son sooner and she said it's fine to wait the week bc flu doesn't show up until at least late Nov/Dec. But it does take 2 weeks to work so I'd say do it this month.

We got ours in September - I was going to wait for October as I got the flu in March and I read an article that said that they believe it may wear off some, so October was ideal (vs earlier). But then kids started testing positive in our area at the end of August so I thought we better get them since we have a baby who can’t be vaccinated yet.

Mine will be tomorrow at work. DH and the kids will be in early Nov. DS has to wait a month after his 4yr shots and they didn't have the flu at the time.

Yep! Kids and I are set. DH hasn't gotten his at work yet but I keep pestering him.

Me yes bc I'm 27 weeks pregnant, husband yes and I have to get my son in next week when I am done working and have time to take him. Great mom here

We were all sick last week with a cold and cough, but I’m planning to bring the kids this Thursday for the clinic hours at our pediatrician. I have to make an appt for myself too and will call tomorrow. DH doesn’t have a pcp and our insurance only covers it at your primary so I have to keep coaxing him to do it at the pharmacy anyway.

It just came out here I think. I’ll go ASAP and drag my husband with me and book the kids in with the doc. We have a 3 month old that is too young to get the shot and I definitely don’t want him getting the flu.

Get it as soon as possible!!! We were supposed to all go as a family and get it done this past weekend- but instead all of us came down with the flu between Thursday-Friday! The season has started early here.

I got mine when I went to a new employee orientation at a hospital. DD (21 months) will get hers on the 25th. I wanted to do it sooner but then early last week she had a high fever and double ear infections and they told me to wait 2 weeks from that point. I'm nagging DH about his - he keeps telling me his company does them but he is unable to tell me when.

My DD's birthday is in October so we always get it at her yearly checkup and DS just joins. DD2 got her first at her 6month appt last month and will get the second part tomorrow.
Last year I got it at my OB bc I was pregnant but I need to find a place to go get it. My husband prob wont bc don't get me started. He actually got the flu last year when I was pregnant, passed it to my DD, and out of everyone, I had to take the tamiflu as a precaution

DH and I getting at my work flu clinic today. Kids have a nurse appointment Monday for shots - it will be the second dose for baby, first was a month ago at her 9 month appointment.

As of this morning, we are all vaccinated. DH got his over a month ago at an appointment, he took DD1 after school a few weeks ago, DD2 and I got ours this morning. Love that we can just walk in and get shots near the front door of our clinic, which is on the way to work/daycare. Feeling relieved, since there have been a few cases reported in our state.

We have all had ours, my kids and husband at the pediatrician (he got a super cute band-aid) and me at work. I just heard that it's an early flu season this year, so if I didn't have them yet, I would get them asap!

Kids are done. I might get mine today at my lunch break and DH is planning to get his but not sure when he will... I better ask him...

No, ugh, I need to get on this. I was just going to get LO's at his nine month well check next week, but didn't realize until I read this thread that there were two doses!

I'm getting mine at 1, local dr's office has a walk-in clinic today for them. DH is in charge of taking the kids in to the clinic nearest him/them since he gets off work earlier, latest would be the 29th when they are taking walk-ins.

Both my kids have. Took DD1 to ped's walk-in clinics, done within 5 minutes! DD2 got hers at her 21 month wellness visit.
DH and I are always the last to get it and some years totally forget

I have. My kids had coxsackie this week so I’m waiting a few days until they are 100%.

I have a newborn so got mine as soon as it was available. Took DS to the pediatrician the next day and DH got his at the pharmacy a week later.

Took my kids to the flu shot clinic at the pediatrician this afternoon. It’s weird last year neither kid cried at all (and they were only 4 and 1.5 at the time!). This year the 5 and the 2.5 year old both cried a lot.
