Yes to A&A blankets! I love the idea of a bag of things you forget you need... Baby meds, teething tablets, dapple for washing things, BF supplies, etc.

My LO2 is just about 4 weeks old and I'm sad that he doesn't have any stuffed animals!

What about new towels (PBK makes an awesome plush one)/washcloths and swaddles? Those are used so much with younger kids, they wear out over time so new ones would be a good idea!

I second the stuffed animal. We had to specifically ask for one for LO2 from a friend who wanted to know what we needed. We use it for monthly pictures and didn't want to be borrowing big brother's.
