My good friend has three kids - girl who is 4.5, boy who is almost 3, girl who is 16 months.
I got them all matching-ish PJs but would love something else to get them maybe they could share. They have SOO many toys and don't need a lot. Is there something even all of them would enjoy?

A game (my son has liked Haba's Lucky Pirates since age 3--it wouldn't work for the baby until later though), or a storybook would be my choices.

Have you seen those block puzzles? They are blocks with part of different pictures on each side, so like 6 puzzles in one. The older ones could actually do the puzzle making, and the youngest could use them as stacking blocks!
