My SIL gifted our kids two. huge. gifts. Neither of which we asked for. And for the record, it was passive aggressive because DH had once told her "those are way too big of toys for us to keep in our house"

Anyways. I think we have decided to return them. Our kids haven't even seen them yet, and we are thinking of returning them for things they actually need and will play with (a train table and/or a bookshelf)

Sooooo do we say "this train table was a gift from SIL?" and risk that they tell SIL "HEY THANKS FOR THE TRAIN TABLE!!" or do we just leave it? They were gifted other small things from SIL and her family too, if that matters.

I'm not sure why I am so concerned about this
