I have and am working to get back to my wedding weight.

I haven't been able to work out in recent years. I would blame the two kids, but it's not like I was working out much when I didn't have kids. I never found a way to incorporate working out into my daily life.

So I am going to get a treadmill desk:

Basically you stand up while you work, and if you turn your treadmill on then you burn 100-150 calories an hour. We'll see if that helps... I do a lot of walking every day for my commute, but that hasn't seemed to make a dent.

Have you or your SO gained weight since meeting and/or getting married? Have you found ways to manage the weight gain?
