I'm really stressed about work lately. Combine that with the two month wait for our first EA appointment has me feeling down today. My DH is also having a rough time at work so together we are a bucket of sunshine right now. Whenever I feel blah there is one photo that I look at that cracks me up. That helps some. I also am going to treat myself to lunch.

What do you do when you're feeling down? Anyone else having a hard time lately?
